During the devastating attack of bagyong “ondoy” a.k.a Storm Ketsana, many Filipinos are fleeing to find a safe-ground. Some are praying, others are hoping that somehow the rain would finally go away.
Little did We know that in some corners of metro Manila lies a very familiar looking “gentleman” who is on a hunt. Not for food nor for a shelter but for a good ole exquisite wine!
Now, it seems the gentleman that we will be posting here has a look-a-like. Please take a look at these photos.

Oh is that Mikey Arroyo? The son of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo? Yep, you are correct my friend.

Hmm, to tell you the truth this photo is circulating the facebook-twitter world for a while now. And I thought if there’s anyone who should be given a privilege to verify the authenticity these photos, it should be the public (you).
Now, before we hear some unearthly reactions from people who think that we are going “judgmental” again. Please read again this post. You will see that we too aren’t certain who is the mysterious guy on that blurry picture.
Though, the only thing that we are quite sure is this one:
If you are a public official who enjoy a sweet spot on Malacanang Palace. Then all of a sudden, your country was hit by the worst flood ever recorded since 42 years. Logic will simply tell you that merry-making should be the last thing on your mind. Instead, a call to help for your fellow countrymen is your primary objective.
Frankly, we don’t care if the photo is authenticated or not. For the majority can create a fake yet legit looking-photos on a jiffy using graphic-tweaking softwares. We simply would like to remind those “dirty” politicians that the eyes of the public aren’t blind (as you may think they are). You may be shocked one day to find your face landing on the front-page of blogs and walls of other social-networking sites doing a humiliating act.
Let this be a reminder.

Mysterious guy crouched in front of Absolute Vodka looking towards Jose Cuervo.
It may be Mikey or Jose ( of Eat Bulaga). The haircut and shape of prominent cheeks do look like Mikey's….

I'll assure you its not him if you look closer to the picture you can see some differences in his hair.all i can say hindi naman Bobo si Mikey para bumili ng alak sa kasagsagan ng kalamidad..Pero we already know na kurakot talaga cla..medyo mali naman kung hindi totoo yung ibang kumakalat..dapat totoo pa rin kaso hindi eh..

im not a supporter of mikee, but the picture seems to be blurry to some extent that we could not even determine wether this guy is really him to judge him right away despite of his past controversies, authenticity must be done to clear this issue. everybody knows that mikee is a congressman and also presidential son so we expect an average of 20 PSGs escorting him, wala man lang ba kahit isang escort ang magkukusang bumaba or uutusan para ibili siya ng alak sa mataong lugar like rustan's sa kasagsagan ng bagyo? otherwise, ganun ba siya ka tanga? pero parang kamukha din ng nasa picture si Among Ed Panlilio Sa side view… Opinyon ko lang po ito…. A real question, this was the first time I saw this photo. This could be Mikey or not, question lang is if this was really taken on the height of Ondoy? Kasi posible din na this was taken two weeks ago, a month, last year, etc. then just distributed this week to further enrage anti-Arroyo sentiments.
Disclaimer lang, di ako supporter ni Arroyo. I don't think the quality of leadership she offers is something to be proud of. Siguro akin lang, rather than be anti-Arroyo, baka better kung pro-truth and pro-Philippines tayo, which in case if this photo was distributed out of context and maligned with regards to its time, then parang di rin siya maka-Pilipino.

it is very unfortunate for our Filipino brothers to be hit by typhoon Ondoy. i have seen the massive flooding and the flood victims on TV and it is really horrible.
