Okay, to be more specific it’s a HUPRA glitch (Hang-Up Parachute Release Assembly) Usually, it works all the time and it’s a standard for all parachutist who are taking off from a plane / helicopter, etc. For some strange reason, this jumper had a bad day, and his HUPRA got entangled.
Now the greatest part of this vid is, it’s like the parachutist is like enjoying the moment of him being swayed by the airplane while he is hanging there. Nice one buddy!
