The video had been removed by the user. It may be a hack attempt or a glitch but one thing I am very sure of with YouTube is that some users promote their videos in some very odd way. They are paying people just to view their videos or paying other developers to have auto bots view their videos. The way I see it, number of views doesn’t necessarily mean it is popular worldwide but the owner must have been rich.
