The R35 Nissan GT-R has been around for three years now. However, a news (or rumor) of a refreshed version of it was being spread over the Internet—the refreshed version which is the 2012 Nissan GT-R.
Photos of the upcoming and undoubtedly, to be awaited-for addition to Nissan’s line of sports cars have been leaked via the Web, and of course, the GTRBlog is the first to get hold of the story.
Taking from the leaked photos, the fashionable LED lights in the front catch a good deal of attention. The massaged front airdam is also worth a second look. The design of the wheels is also new, and the forged-aluminum Rays 20s appear and seem to be much stronger and lighter. At the back of the car is a modified diffuser that shall increase downforce with an additional LED unit set.
The online images also show what could possibly be the colors of the new 2010 GT-R. The blue shade is a new paint code that seems to be made especially for the GT-R which name is rumored to be “Aurora Flare Blue Pearl.” On the other hand, the black paint is believed to be a refreshed mix of the Black Obsidian.
Moreover, there are rumors spreading that this refreshed version will be used by Nissan to have a price hike opportunity for their limited-volume sports car model.
