Adam Lambert, first runner up in American Idol, is definitely one of the most energetic performers in America. When he performs he gives it his all, and his performance on December 31 at Gridlock is one that a lot of people were looking forward to. Unfortunately, it will not be broadcasted on TV or streamed live on the internet, so if you haven’t gotten tickets then you won’t be able to catch him.

The Gridlock will be held on Paramount Studios around midnight in order to usher in the New Year. Adam Lambert is the headliner, while Pamela Anderson is going to be the MC. Other performers include Kevin Rudolf, Far East Movement, Wonderland, Qwes, and Dakota Lamas. The set will have replicas of Time Square and the Rockefeller Center, as well as a fireworks display, bringing a little bit of New York in Las Vegas.
All of the tickets have been sold out already, so only the ones who got their tickets early will be able to catch Lambert in action. But there are many ways to celebrate the New Year, so don’t fret. Adam Lambert’s song “For Your Entertainment” is being used on FOX in order to show off their new January 2010 schedule, so you’ll be able to hear him while you’re watching your favorite TV show.
