He is still young and full of brilliant ideas that will surely mark the fashion industry over and over again. The famous designer died in London at the age of 40. His body was found lying cold as ice in his own house.The police reported his death just a few minutes after 10 am yesterday (February 11, 2010) and at 7pm the body of McQueen was brought out of the house and was loaded in a private ambulance.
We will miss the revolutionary man who has introduced a good rebellion sense in fashion. Lee has surely made a deep carve in the industry of clothing, one of his greatest achievements was when he was hailed as British Designer of the year between 1996-2001 four times. He was gay and he was never ashamed of it, in fact he was proud of it! He got married to George Forsyth but didn’t really work out.
