In 1936, there was a hardworking couple by the name of Walter and Eleanor Carlson who founded the Carlson Orchard. They made their living by raising, growing and producing in their farm a variety of animals and plants such as chickens, cows, potatoes and apples. It was known that during the 1960s, the couple’s farm had started to specialize in producing fruits, with apple as their major crop.

From then on, the Carlsons have dedicated their efforts in cultivating the best tree fruits, blue berries, raspberries and pumpkins. And since apple is the mainly produced fruit in the orchard, they have also come up with concocting the very best apple cider.

Such was the birth of the Carlson Orchard which its founders, Walter and Eleanor, have passed down as their legacy to their three sons Bruce, Frank and Robert. The three heirs, like their parents are devoting their lives in maintaining not only their family’s reputation but also to upholding and preserving their more than 63 year old tradition of growing first-class apples and other apple products.

The Carlson Orchard are presently standing on a 140-acre land where they continuously nurture plants and trees that allows them to harvest 60, 000 bushels of apples and 5, 000baskets of peaches as well as nectarines in addition to more than 500, 000 gallons of apple cider per year.
