Biography of important people is just ordinary to be seen in the silver screen. But making a movie about a theft, burglar and a criminal is a very amusing idea.

The story of Colton Harris Moore, an 18 year old fugitive from Camano Island Washington had landed the Outside Magazine. The man behind the story of this young boy is Bob Friel. And not only that, Moore‘s life story is even being planned to star not only in a book but also in a movie. Whoa, Moore must really be something! Friel has already been collaborating with Hyperion Boods in making the book that will be entitled Taking Flight: The Hunt for A Young Outlaw. On the other hand,  20^th Century Fox, Hollywood giant studio had already got the title for the movie based on the book and Director David Gordon Green is the one tapped for this project.

Although the idea seems to be a little interesting, some especially those who had been victims of this young boy had shown their disinterest and disagreement. They think that others might take Moore as an example and follow his footsteps.

Colton Harris Moore is better known as Colton in his hometown had terrorized the Pacific Northwest Island of Orcas and Camano with a string of crimes. He had records for theft of at least 3 small crafts, boat and a car, had robbed 100 private residences in various locations around the Pacific Northwest of Us and Canada. Since he was observed to be running away from police barefooted, he had been tagged as Barefoot Burglar.

Colton Harris Moore fan club had also been organized to help the public be aware and organize to catch the famous burglar.
