Ellen Barkin is an American Actress born in Bronx New York. She had her notable performances as an actress in 1980. Her breakout role was in Barry Levinson’s Diner. Barkin was able to receive notable reviews from her acting role. She had continued her great performance in the 1983 film Tender Mercies receiving much better impressions. Other movies she took part with were The Big Easy, Sea of Love and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her movies offering for this year includes Happy tears and Brooklyn’s finest.
From her great performances, she was able to receive awards such as an Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie for her role in Before Women had Wings. Also from the same film, she was able to receive a Golden Satellite Award.
Ellen Barkin is also a loving mother to her 2 children Jack and Romy. She was also won for her messy divorce with ex-husband Revlon billionaire Ronald Perelman. She won the case leaving her about $4.3 million. She is currently rumored to have an affair with actor Al Pacino which she denied in the Bravo show.
