The 28 year old daughter of Former U.S. President George W. Bush was a guest on Fox News Sunday’s “Power Player of the Week”. Barbara Bush was in the show mainly to promote her non-profit Global Health Corps. The said organization works on providing health equity to the United States and Africa. Global Health Corps is composed mainly of young professionals all aiming to promote global health equity.
During the show, the former president’s daughter was asked series of questions and some were quite intriguing. Chris Wallace had asked her the reason why people with money have a good health care and why those who have low earnings don’t have good health. On this she answered by saying that health should be a right for everyone.
The first daughter was also asked about her opinion regarding Obama passing the health care reform bill. The young lady said that the she was happy with President Obama’s passage of the said Health Bill. Obviously, her responses had accumulated speculations among critiques and left many puzzled. She was a known Republican and her party had worked to stop that bill.
During the interview, she was also asked about her future political ambitions. It sounds like a third generation of Bush in the White House is possible.
