So why would Stack do all these? It’s all about the frustration and desperation on seeking true democracy and rights of being a citizen of the United States of America. Joe Stack may not be the usual rebel you see on TV that walks on streets with a big sign board shouting for justice and fair treatment. He worked on his own way to be heard by the Government and Internal Revenue Service without any success for his plea’s being granted.

After spending time and money just to be heard by people reigning on power, Stack has gone into a conclusion that only violence can answer his problems and make him be heard once and for all. Joseph Andrew ‘Joe’ Stack studied in an engineering school in Harrisburg Pennsylvania back in 1970. Stack’s manifesto was posted on embeddedart.com which you can no longer access now due to FBI’s ongoing investigation.
