Posted by Lindsay Lohan, the controversial star of the hit movie Mean Girls cried as she listened while Judge Marsha Revel revealed her court decision giving Lindsay Lohan a 90 days jail term for violating her probation on her previous DUI case last 2007.
This will be followed by an in-patient substance abuse rehabilitation program which will also last for three months.
Given the privilege to address the court prior to the pronouncement of the sentence, Lindsay Lohan spoke tearfully. She apologized and claimed that she was able to fulfill her probation.
Today’s court proceeding was the offshoot of Lindsay Lohan’s charges for driving under the influence of liquior and illegal possession of cocaine. She was then made to spend only 84 minutes in jail and was given probation for three years. She was supposed to undergo weekly alcohol education meeting. But according to the angry judge, Lindsay Lohan did not comply to the terms of her probation.
Apparently, Lindsay Lohan made several excuses for missing her court – ordered alcohol education classes including the demise of her uncle though she did not attend to his funeral and being stuck in North Carolina. This was testified by an official from her alcohol probation program.
Cheryl Marshall, one of the owners of the Right On Program also testified that Lindsay Lohan made a total of nine absences from December 2009 to July 2010.
According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan should surrender herself in court to begin her serving time at 8:30 AM on July 20, 2010.

I mean, she had "f*ck u" written on her middle fingernail, for crying out loud. Toss her in jail and then go round up her mother and "father" and toss them in as well. And throw away the key.
