Muse Band continues to go Strong in 2010

Muse, an alternative rock band from England, is one of the most popular bands today and they continue to gain popularity until now. They have played many shows and even were one of the starring bands in the Original Sound Track for the movie “Twilight”.

Muse is made up of three members, Matthew Bellamy who does the vocals, guitar and piano, Dominic Howard who handles drums, and Christopher Wolstenholme who does bass and back-up vocals. They started in 1994 and since then have covered many different genres such as classical music and even electro. They have gained a lot of recognition since their debut and have won awards such as the MTV Europe Music Awards, Q Awards, NME Awards, and BRIT Awards. Muse released five albums during their career, and all of them have sold well.

The band has decided to go on tour in America and Canada, exciting many fans in that area. Since Muse allowed the makers of “Twilight” to use their songs, they have become very popular in North America and the rest of the world. They also plan to write a few songs for the movie “Eclipse” which is the third installment of the “Twilight” series. They are sure to be active in 2010 and continue making great music.
