The Navy Advancement center now goes online to suits higher technology trends, based on reports. The center will establish online guide on different information related to academic material, other sailors, war and other important updates about the naval hierarchy.
According to report, this is a self-teaching course. NAC will provide links directly to exam bibliography documents, offering virtual ‘one-stop shopping’ for Sailors who previously had to track down numerous publications and references in order to get ready for exams. Preparing for advancement examinations is now easier for the sailors. These will be possible through the established Navy Knowledge Online (NKO) Web page, One-stop Shopping for Sailors which will begin offering links to the material in advancement bibliographies.
In a statement of Kirk Schultz, operations and analysis division head for the Navy Advancement Center in Pensacola says that they plan to launch the Advancement Center NKO pages in early 2010, making the information easily reachable for most Sailors.
For those who want to avail this kind of services that NAC offers, nothing to do but to download articles and study them on his own.
