Another great collaboration that happened during the Grammy Awards this 2010 was the performance by Taylor Swift and Stevie Nicks. Everyone loved the performance as one of the top female singers teamed up with a rising star in pop country music. Taylor Swift said earlier that Stevie Nicks is her hero, so the performance with her must have been a great experience for Taylor.
The performance started out with a song by Swift as she performed “Today Was a Fairytale”. Shortly after, Stevie Nicks came and sang Mac’s “Rhiannon”. The collaboration ended with the two of them singing Taylor Swift’s hit song “You Belong with Me” with Taylor on the guitar and Stevie on the tambourine.
Stevie Nicks was born as Stephanie Lynn Nicks in May 26, 1948. She worked with Fleetwood Mac as well as having her own solo career. The Rolling Stone magazine called her “The Reigning Queen of Rock and Roll”. She is still a solo performer who is doing well in her career even until now. She has won several awards such as a Grammy for Album of the Year with Fleetwood Mac and she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998. Over the years, she has been nominated for seven Grammy Awards.
