Hello PS3 fans! Have you heard the latest buzz? Aside from the release of PS3 slim later this September, Giant electronic company Sony revealed its plan to release a Motion Controller for its current ultimate game console PS3.
Sony’s Motion controller is its answer, and a good one, to Nintendo Wii Motionplus.
It was first revealed last June 2009 during Sony’s Press conference. You could read the technical details regarding this prototype in wikipedia.
It is still in development stage. But according to some blog “leaks”, the device is set to be released on Spring of 2010 and will be combined with dual shock gameplay.
Designwise, we guess Sony should improve the orb or consider other alternates because honestly, it looks like a “lollipop candy” :) . Perhaps, they should re-design it along with other technical optimizations.
Alright, enough talk. You better see what this little guy is capable off.
