If there’s one thing we can agree with all Aspire One netbooks, it’s that they all resemble a similarity; and at first glance, you may think the brand you’re holding is the same one-year old AO unit your other buddies are using in the office.
Likewise, the situation is much the same with the latest Acer Aspire One 722 today, compared with the AOD260 netbook of last April. In fact, this device shares the same resemblance with the D257 and 522 models as well! But of course, the story comes out different when we take a peek on its innards.

As for its specifications, the AO722 will have a display of 11.6-inch with a “water drop” display first introduced on AO522 series. Its LCD screen is now augmented reaching up to 1366 x 768 pixels. As for its processor, it will be based on the AMD Brazos series running AMD C-50 APU Fusion chip. Just like its previous version, this one will pack AMD Radeon HD 6250 for its GPU, but this one will have two speakers, and the company claims this netbook can last up to 7 hours (not revealed what type of usage).

If you are interested, it’s predicted that the price of this laptop will be at par with D257; as of the moment, its exact cost and its release date aren’t yet revealed.
