Adobe Flash Player 10.3 for Android: Download, List of Changes and Bug Fixes

Posted on 13 May 2011 by pinoytutorial

While we are still talking about the improvements made for Android 3.1, along with some bug fixes for Flash Player 10.2, it’s now confirmed as of the moment that Adobe is unleashing Flash Player 10.3 for Android. And it has tons of fixes on some relatively known issues for processors and other brand of devices.

Likewise, if this is your first-time to download it, you can simply type the word “Flash Player” in the Android Market and you should see the big red icon to download this right now – should work for any Android 2.2 (Froyo) plus devices.

To be more specific, the features included on this update are: the latest runtime release for Open Screen Project enabling “uncompromised” web browsing within applications, content or video on different devices. Enabled NEON optimization for OMAP4 (Cortext A-9) type of CPU, fix on Galaxy S resolution for H.264 video not correctly shown at 720p, improvements on apps using browser plug-ins and more crash fixes for HTC EVO and other Motorola devices, in terms of video-streaming problems.

Just a refresher, this update should have been out of the cage since March, when Adobe has touted of its arrival. Despite of the full month of waiting, I believe this update is still great! Better than nothing I supposed?
