Apple backs up AT&T launching two commercials over Verizon Wireless

Posted on 24 November 2009 by pinoytutorial

And this battle royale has just become more exciting! So you have seen all the aggressive ads, Verizon throwing to iPhone before. From their iDont commercial plus the “There’s a map for that” mocking the weakness of AT&T’s 3G coverage in USA. With this brawl getting beefed-up now, it doesn’t take a rocket-scientist to figure out that the two assaulted companies will give a lending hand on each other to destroy one common enemy. In this case, the Verizon “gang”. appleattverizon banner thumb Apple backs up AT&T launching two commercials over Verizon Wireless

Today, Apple released 2 ads, “Did you see my email?” and “What time’s the movie” both ridiculing the CDMA/EvDo (Verizon’s 3G network) capability to do voice and data simultaneously unlike with AT&T’s 3G network wherein it can do both.

Apple seems to have a better way of exploiting the weakness over their adversary rather than the Two lame Luke Wilson-induced ads by AT&T (side by side, postcard) aired recently this week.

With this bout getting messy each day, we wouldn’t be surprise to see more belligerent commercials junking our tv-sets. Do it too much and people will surely grab their vomit bag out of saturation. Now, that’s for sure.

Trivia: Recently, Android is starting to dominate the network of USA by 20% in roughly 6 weeks. Obviously, Apple is not happy about that scenery.

“It Takes Three to Tango” not two :)
