It was three days ago when Apple had the guts to throw the blow at HTC and filed a patent violation. To clear the cloud, Apple did not mention that they are filing the case against Android and Google but one thing is for sure they are suing HTC for some patent breach and Apple is claiming twenty of them but on the filed suit with the ITC only ten patents is being mentioned. That means Apple still has ten more patents to file against HTC.
The complaint was filed in Delaware’s District Court, it was Tuesday March 2 2010 when it was laid on the table. The law suit is somehow like a recall of the mobile phones released by HTC that violated the patents that they claim these phones like Droid Eris, Hero, MyTouch and Nexus One has but one way or another doesn’t really posses it, I guess.
Come to think of it why would Apple do this to HTC? Could this have so mething to do with the recent resignation of Eric Schmidt as CEO of Google? Or could this be Apple’s way of diverting the people’s eyes from them regarding their recent involvement to child labor? Whatever their agenda is we will surely know more about it once the hearing starts.
I know that the patents filed by Apple will be quite complicated for us who doesn’t know much about what is going on but here are the first ten patents that Apple is saying: have been breached.
