Hoo Boy! This day sure is fast for everyone else. Especially to those pipz who likes to jailbreak every iDevices that they own. Now, If you happened to overslept today then you should know that Greenpois0n has finally been launched and it’s working as expected to jailbreak iOS 4.1 devices. Previously, we covered series of reports about the real advantages of jailbreaking your Apple TV. Somehow, you may find it a bit unworthy except for these mind-blowing reasons.

Going back to Limera1n, geohot specifically states that he had managed to jailbreak the Apple TV but there were no apps appearing on his face. Anyway, since Greenpois0n is now based with the Limera1n bootrom exploit, you can be sure GP is usable to jailbreak Apple TV. And once again, the SHAtter bootrom exploit will remain secret to the eyes of Apple, should it managed to make several hardware adjustments for its devices in the future

It’s also worth mentioning that Geohot is also prepping up something on his sleeves. Recently, we have that report about Limesn0w, which we predicted that it will going to be used to jailbreak other version of iDevices. Perhaps, the Apple TV 2G is one of them?

Whatever the case may be, it’s up to the developers again. I hope they can still rest for awhile. :D
