Come November 15, 2011 Ubisoft of Canada will be releasing a new video game in the Assassin Creed license, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations which retains the major protagonists of the previous games: Altaïr ibn La-Ahad, Al Mualim and Ezio Auditore da Firenze.

Ezio will be destined to Ottoman Constantinople to discover the secret of ending the war between Assassin and the Templar while Desmond will be confined to a Black Room where he struggles to regain consciousness. It will be featuring a hookblade to speed up navigation and variations of 300 bombs. It will have a multiplayer mode and can be played in Xbox 360, Windows and PlayStation 3 consoles.

While a trailer has been released showcasing a demo and Ezio’s ultimate predicament, an anime version and a comic series are also slated for release. The short film Assassin’s Creed: Embers portrays the timeline of Ezio’s memorable journey while the comic version Assassin’s Creed: The Chain continues the storyline left by the previous series and is focused on penultimate adventure of Nikolai Orelov and his descendant Daniel Cross to discover Cross’s true identity.
Embers is to be outed simultaneously with the game and can be digitally downloaded. The chain’s release is still chained in limbo including the price tag of Revelations. For the meantime, check out Embers’ trailer below.
