If you’re looking for the latest Eee PC netbook infused with the new Intel Cedar Trail CPU, you should know that Asus has already revealed it today on the 1025C model.

Coming fresh from the Computex event, the Asus Eee PC 1025C will sport an Intel Cedar Trail processor (could be N2600 or N2800), 2GB DDR3 RAM (single-slot), up to 500GB Hard Disk Drive and Bluetooth 3.0 / WiFi b/g/n support. Other goodies include, an HDMI port for wireless media streaming, VGA, USB 2.0 / 3.0 ports, headphone, integrated webcam and a microphone, plus a 4-in-1 card reader.
At first glance, you can see that it has a metallic-finish cover, in which its screen bezel is enveloped with matte. It has a 10.1-inch display w/ 1024 x 600 resolution – and it’s ‘glossy’.

After some testing, guys from netbooknews determined that the 1025C model might use a 1.6GHz N2600 Intel Cedar CPU; whereas the 1025CE version was also revealed, and its difference is its metal finish, USB 3.0 port, and improved webcam.
If you are interested, the Asus Eee PC 1025C will cost 249 USD and the 1025CE model for 279 USD – pretty affordable for the industry’s first class! Expect its release date to be available on the last quarter of this year.
