Asus Eee Tablet Notebook Introduced in Computex 2010!

ASUS had once again graced the Computex 2010 in Taipei, Taiwan with their innovative and amazing line of new products. The company had eagerly and proudly showed their new varieties of products in five major categories: cloud computing, gaming, enthusiast-level PC components, multimedia and green computing.

Being a leader in the cloud computing technology, ASUS offered awesome line up of new cloud connected devices and to start it off is its ASUS Eee Tablet. The device is very much different from the company’s tablet which is he Eee Pad. While the Eee Pad is intended for internet access, watching videos and other multimedia uses, computing and as an e-reader, Eee Tablet is a more educational tool and will serve as half e-reader, half note taker, and  part on a played product category.

2 Asus Eee Tablet Notebook Introduced in Computex 2010!

The ASUS Eee tablet is a digital notebook having an 8-inch display screen with 1024 x 768 pixel resolution and   2,450 dpi input sensitivity touch screen. The tablet is considered as one of the world’s most accurate and sensitive note taking device and gives the users the feel of writing on a paper. It serves best in text and eBooks reading considering that it has the capability of turning pages just 0.1 seconds on a backlight-less TFT-LCD offering 64-level of grey.

The company is pushing the new device to its note taking feature with built-in notepad templates and its abilities to store, sort, tag and interprets your notes easily and hassle free. As to its being an educational tool, Eee tablet has an integrated 2 megapixel camera for taking pictures and other important things like lecture slides to enable students and even professionals to sync back to a PC for a back up and providing  user an up to date information. Writing notes to them as well as interpreting is as easy as writing on an ordinary paper however using a stylus. It also includes USB pot and MicoSD slot and has a battery life of 10 hours for longer use.

The device also eliminates he slow E-Ink page and instead includes a particular LCD for quick and easy changing of screens. However, the tablet sill can handle flipping through too many pages that it still needs six or eight seconds to complete the turning of pages.

Full specs for the new tablet still are not known. But the ASUS Eee tablet will be price between $199 and $299 as it goes on sale in September.
