We don’t usually report monitors here on this blog just because the fact that most of the products being tipped to us caters the same specifications over and over again. As of today, we received a new tip that Asus will be revealing its first ever 24.1-inch P-IPS LCD monitor and it’s looking beautiful and expensive at the same time!

So this Asus PA246Q P-IPS LCD Monitor will have some outstanding specifications like having a six millisecond response time, tilting and swiveling stand pots, 2 x USB sockets, built-in 7-in-1 card reader; 400 nits of brightness which is pretty glaring if you’ll ask me, 50000: 1 contrast ratio and if that’s not enough for you, this one will have a 1920 x 1200 native resolution – yes folks, 1200 pixels for its native form which gives you the impression that this monitor can be stretch and retain the quality of its pictures within various degrees.
In addition to that, it supports up to 98% Adobe RGB spectrum (perfect for photographers and multimedia experts), 178 degree viewing angle, includes a VESA tower mount, DVI / HDMI / VGA port for a quick-connect with your external media devices and just in case you forget, its whole 24-inch screen is smothered with P-IPS technology.
This monitor is already available now for ordering at Newegg with a price of 500 USD.
