An official landing page has been provided for Asus Transformer Prime, the latest super thin and NVIDIA’s Kal-El Tegra 3 processor-powered tablet from Asus.

The Kal-El feature has elevated its standing among other Android tablets and smartphones based on the AnTuTu benchmark test. The test covers SD card read/write speed, CPU, 2D/3D graphics, memory and database IO performance. The Prime excelled in RAM performance, CPU Integer and CPU float-point, even reaching AnTuTu’s 10,000 point limit beating both Galaxy S II and Galaxy Nexus with 6000 points, and Motorola Xoom and original Transformer with their 5000 points n the benchmark test.
It should be born in mind, however, that benchmark results are not to be equated with real-world performance especially that Transformer Prime is not released yet. The Kal-El platform is known to deliver great performance in low power consumption. The Prime is clocked at 1.6Ghz achieving the highest 12872 compared to Transformer TF101 which got 7596. It is considered to be blazing fast because of Project Kal-El.
In addition, it is also featured to be stronger, slimmer and sexier. The benchmarking app also featured a couple of Asus Eee Pad TF201 devices. The benchmark results were recently featured in an online article posted on tech2.in.com. Detailed specs and the price remains to be seen.
