Another round of laptops coming from Asus – The Asus U30JC embodies that portable laptop you’ve been so hone on using — with specs resting on a slightly high-end type — landing on an interestingly low price.
According to Asus press release today, the U30JC notebook holds the bragging rights to be called as “The world’s first 13.3 inch Notebook powered by Core i3 procs with Nvidia Optimus technology”.

At its heart lies an Intel Core i3 I3-350M / 2.26 GHz processor, running on NVIDIA GeForce G310M, with a DDR3 type RAM set to 4GB and has a 320 GB storage capacity. Its resolution is stretched to 1366 x 768 on a 13.3 inch TFT active matrix with LED-backlit.
Other goodies include a 0.3 integrated-webcam, 5 in 1 card reader (suppports MMCplus, Memory Stick, MultiMediaCard, SD Memory Card, xD-Picture Card) WiFi Support (Ethernet, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g, IEEE 802.11n, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet) The Li-On 5,600mAh battery is said to last for 9.5 hours (hopefully) All these for a tag price of 899 USD (which I think is cheap already) and a warranty of 2 years.
