Ah yes! After a year of wait, Black Friday is among us already and recently, Walmart manages to finally unveil its Doorbuster Deals this Black Friday 2010 completing the Walmart vs Best Buy debate for this year. So far, we’ll start with the deals that are less likely to be seen during the previous years and that is, about the Apple products!
If you will look at this flyer from Best Buy, you can see that it’s offering iPod Nano 8GB for 149.99 USD (Blue, Graphite, Green, Orange, Pink or Silver) while the iPod Nano + Gumy Earbud headphones and Aerosport case will be pegged at 159.96 USD. It will also be revealing that usual deal of iPod Touch (2010) 8GB for 229.99 USD with 30-dollar worth of Best Buy Gift Card. Probably a cute deal but not explosive as expected.

As for Walmart’s deals on Apple products, it’s only revealing one iDevice which is the iPod Touch 8GB with a 50-dollar worth of Walmart Gift Card tagged at 225 USD.
Final verdict is, Walmart may got the upper-hand when it comes to the iPod Touch gadget giving you the impression that it gave you a total of 25 USD worth of savings if you count the gift card you’re receiving. But so far, Best Buy offers an iPod Nano and even Microsoft’s Zune HD as well. And frankly speaking, 25USD bucks isn’t something what you can call a BF discount but rather a normal ‘friendly’ deal, especially when the 20 bucks discrepancy comes from a gift card.
