Looks like there’s a storm brewin. Here’s a rumored leak of RIM’s newest business phone on the block, the BlackBerry Storm 3.

We first witnessed this RIM handset 2 months ago. Back then, only a few of its features was revealed. Now, take a peek at the new spec list for the rumored RIM phone:
- OS: Same as PlayBook (RIM OS 6.0)
- 3.7-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen at 16M colors
- Optical Trackpad
- Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP
- Camera: (5MP, 2592×1944 pixels OR; 8MP, 3264×2448 pixels, Fixed focus, dual-LED flash)
- 1GHz processor
- 512 MB RAM
- 1 GB ROM
- 8 or 16 GB Memory Storage (Optional: expandable to 32GB)
- HSDPA, 10.2 Mbps, HSUPA, 2 Mbps
- Addons: Wi-Fi, USB, GPS, OS, Video
- Weight: Standard battery, Li-Ion 1200 mAh (BL-4D)
- Talktime: Up to 9 hours (2G) / Up to 5 hours (3G)
- Standby: Up to 432 hours (2G) / Up to 480 hours (3G)
Now all of these information is not set on stone and the sources has been sporadic. Take this with the usual grain of salt before you squeal with girlish delight so you don’t get disappointed when the rumor flops down to oblivion. Lastly, since this is a rumor, no news as of yet to release date, let alone the price point for the new phone. Stay tuned for further developments.
