Several people (grown-ups and kids) globally are familiar with Astroboy- Japanese anime hero. Perhaps you’ve seen a couple of Astroboy action figures created but would you believe that there’s also an Astroboy netbook made? Introducing, the Astroboy 10.1” netbook, first seen during the IT month in Taipei, Taiwan. The Astroboy collector’s edition netbook is currently available in Taiwan and sells around for $900 or 620 Euros.

Satisfied? We told you a while ago that this was an “Astroboy netbook collector’s edition”, didn’t we?. That’s the reason for all these astroboy add-ons and stuff. Although, we’re not so “thrilled” with the specs and overall look and feel of this netbook, it would definitely be a good buy because of the Astroboy memento.
