There has been news spreading like wildfire that there’s a new ultraportable business-dedicated laptop on the market. It’s the newest addition to the E-family and the Latitude series, the E4310. With its unique and stylish design, it’s no wonder why this model is also known by the name Lafite.

This 13 inch laptop from Dell promises an incredible spec sheet along with its incredible durability and rugged design. FFC has already given this model a thumbs-up signal. So, I guess we’ll be expecting great performance to come out from this Dell Latitude laptop.

The Latitude E4310 is business-dedicated computer which will deal with business operations with the use of an integrated RFID chip. The processor chips available are provided by Intel’s 2.4GHz Core i5-520M or 2.53GHz Core i5-540M, and the memory can be expanded to about 8GB of DDR3 and the storage space could reach up to 500GB if you really want to use it to its maximum potential.

You can also opt for the 256GB SSD, with a backlit keyboard, fingerprint reader and UWB radio filling out the optional extras. The laptop will also have UWB (Wireless USB ports), Wi-Fi and 3G networking connectivity as well as WWAN support. Little is known of the other specs at this time, though it is most likely that an Intel Arrandale chips as well as Microsoft Windows 7 running as the operating system of choice.

The Dell Latitude E4310 laptop sounds like a business-minded person’s dream. It has features and specifications that would enable you to perform several tasks with ease. With its processors and network supports, it’s never a wonder why Dell is a favorite brand.

The specifications that have been leaked out are not enough yet, so we couldn’t really say what’s the exact downside to this, but I would just like to point out that this laptop was designed for business use. What about the rest of the population? Would the ‘student’ population appreciate this as well? These are just some of the questions that boggle my mind. But I think all in all, this is one of those models that would be welcomed by the public in general.

There’s no exact date on when it will be released or how much it costs, but it is expected to be in the market in the coming months.
