Coming hot from the recently finished “Dell Means Business Event”, the company managed to reveal some pretty interesting devices that you may want to look at if you are really “serious” on running your business — at least that’s the way how Dell puts it. So let’s now go on with the course shall we?
First stop is this jetblack Dell Latitude e6220 in which at first glance you’ll see that it has a noticeable thin form-factor. With an estimated sexiness of 12-inch and lightweight body, it should be interesting if you’ll compare it with your good ole 11-inch MacBook Air.
As for its specifications, this laptop would use an Intel Core i3 dual-core type of processor in which the unit being showcased on the event was running a 2.1GHz CPU. Its RAM is set to 4GB and a undisclosed amount of Hard Disk storage. It will have those other goodies like eSATA / USB and VGA ports, Bluetooth 2.1 / WiFi support, intergraded webcam and a pair of microphones and it comes preloaded with a Windows 7 operating system. All of this will be projected on the laptop’s 12-inch screen display (1366 x 768 resolution) covered with a matte finish.
While its release date nor its price are being disclosed, expect it to be available this year and it would be tagged at par with those competitive laptop units on the market.
