Sure! Dell laptops powered by Sandy Bridge (Intel Second Generation) processors already belong to the first half of this year, but a Latitude notebook equipped with Verizon’s “blazingly” fast 4G LTE network? Now that’s something that may perk your interest, especially for hardcore users who use their laptops for downloads and streaming videos instead of a desktop computer.

So the name is Dell Latitude E6420 and aside from its Sandy Bridge Quad Core rig, it comes equipped with 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution) – the fastest type of network currently provided by Verizon – said to bring bandwith speed up to “10 times faster” than your previous generation of network.

Meanwhile, its other features include multi-touch LED display, a metallic looking chassis that shields the laptop from top to bottom and spill resistant keyboard. While much of its details still remain minimal, Dell hints E6420’s ATG & XFR models would also receive 4G LTE later this year. Likewise, there’s no word if you can use these laptops with other network carrier aside from Verizon.

To avail this, you need to purchase the 4G-enabled mini card on your laptop setting you back for 249 USD – not to mention that payment for your data plan is another fee to consider. In the end, the choice is really up to you on how fast you really want to go, ‘coz your money is loosing fast too!
