Dell Latitude XT3: Specs, Release Date and Price for Convertible Tablet

Posted on 09 February 2011 by pinoytutorial

Following the “Dell Means Business Event” that happened today, comes another interesting-looking device from the company. And if you think the Latitude E6220 looks too mediocre for you then perhaps, this convertible latitude tablet may perk your senses up!

Coming from engadget, the Dell Latitude XT3 convertible tablet / laptop has been revealed featuring those necessary specifications and “transforming” ability to entice some of you guys – that is, if this type of device is your thing.

So far, the Latitude XT3 will be featuring a dual-core type of second generation Sandy Bridge processor (not sure though if this one is already fixed). To make it more specific, its CPU will be a 2.5GHz Core i5-2520M chip whereas it packs a 2GB RAM (could be customizable upon pre-ordering), and a undisclosed graphics card. Its swiveling display has a size of 13-inch which I must say is a pretty large tablet when you transform it from its “laptop form”.

Other goodies include, a stylus pen which pops out conveniently on the side panel of the device, it comes preloaded with a Windows 7 OS and as dell states, the targeted users of this device are those Business IT individuals as well with the people who loves art and of the media – you know who they are?

Disappointingly, the company didn’t reveal a release date or the price for the XT3 but expect it to arrive soon this year for a competitive value.
