Black Friday is still more than a month from now but Dell is starting to provide some ninja deals for gamers today. One of our readers from Slickdeals sent us a tip that the consumer-electronic shop is giving away $25 eGift Card to anyone who pre-order a copy of Call of Duty: Ghosts or Battlefield 4 today giving the impression you bought each titles for only $35. Interestingly, the deal covers all console generations including PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
How good is this deal? Probably not much if you are planning to buy these titles on their current-gen version as GameStop already confirmed they will bring down the prices of Battlefield 4 and CoD: Ghosts to $39.99 and $49.99 respectively for PS3 and Xbox 360 on Thanksgiving day.
The real deal appears if you buy the next-gen copies of Battlefield 4 or CoD: Ghosts as it will retail for $59.99 and only a few shops will decide to give discounts for these titles even when Black Friday arrives. Last year, Toys R Us is the only shop that directly slashed the price of Black Ops 2 and Halo 4 to $49.99. Likewise, we can only expect the same treatment for BF4 and Ghosts this year.
But that’s not all. Since all of Dell’s eGift card are stackable, this means you’ll be able to purchase the two FPS games for as low as $10 should you manage to availed Dell’s 25 eGift card promo last month for Grand Theft Auto V.
Just take note the gift card will be sent to you 10-20 days after you purchase the game and is valid for 3 months after you received it.
Note: Deal hunters confirm the 12/31 date from the ad is just a placeholder since Activision or EA haven’t yet confirm the exact date of the release of BF4 and COD: Ghosts on Next-Gen. But if you are keeping up with the latest news, it should arrive on November 15 in North America.
