Sometimes you just can’t help yourself but to be amazed on how a simple rumor can turn out to be the reality; or in case a bitter truth that it won’t materialize at all and it will remain just a folly of your imagination. That same kind of scenario comes on this rumor about Microsoft planning to reveal a Dell Venue Pro for Android.

The hint came from a recent PCWorld article appending these excerpt at the later part of the article, “In the future the company also plans to launch a smartphone resembling the Dell Venue Pro based on Google’s Android OS, though the company hasn’t announced a release date for the product.”.
While we aren’t disclosing the possibility of this one not on happening, I think it would not be lucrative for Dell to market this new Android Dell Venue Pro with the same name or same set of features just like the WP7 version just because it has already revealed a similar version in the body of Dell Flash and Dell Smoke leaked last summer. My best guesstimation is Dell will reveal a similar looking Dell Venue Pro for Android on 2011 and it will be entitled with a different name which looks like the Smoke or Flash.
Come to think of it, would it still be fitted for this unicorn-device to be named merely as Dell venue Pro Android? Or let’s just stick to whatever glorious name Dell will put it; hence, shattering this rumor-gate once and for all — It would be more sensible, huh?
