Here’s a significant news coming from the blogosphere about the recent updates for Dell Venue Pro a.k.a Lightning Phone. As some of you who are already familiar with its specifications, it will be using a MicroSD card for its storage. Coming from Dell’s main man Lionel Menchaca, he confirms that you shouldn’t fiddling around with the MicroSD of Dell Venue Pro when that eventful day arrives and it’s finally in your hands because it won’t work without the micro SD card. Later on, he emphasize that Windows Phone 7 devices were built to work with MicroSD in it, and if you don’t want to experience an issue like engadget reported this week, you may just want to stick your MicroSD on your Venue Pro.

As for the release date of the Venue Pro, its still pending and somehow, it’s making some of the buyers annoyed – at least some of the people I knew here are feeling that way. As some of you who might remembered, Dell Venue Pro was first announced at the last October WP7 event and it will be available on the holidays. Last week, we reported the latest news that it will dropped on T-mobile for a price 700 bucks and it will be available for pre-ordering at Dell on November 15. So far it’s obvious there has been a delay, although Mr. Menchaca assures there will be a bigger scale of Dell Venue Pro smartphones going to be revealed at USA on a timely manner. Hopefully that means before 2011!
