At the dawn of this year, we managed to titillate your senses as we revealed the official price for Duke Nukem Forever for its Standard Edition which hangs comfortably at the 45-60 USD range – if you are living in USA.
As off today, not only does 2K Games revealed the name for its collector’s edition, which happens to be Duke Nukem Forever: Balls of Steel Edition, it also managed to reveal all the goodies you will be getting that will make your balls feel like they are made from steel. Okay, maybe not, but it’s definitely worth to take a look!
First and foremost, it would contain a certificate of authenticity proving to the whole world yours isn’t fake and amidst the tens of thousands of gamers waiting to play this game, you managed to get a unique box which is very limited in stock – something that you can brag to your children when you grow old. Next item would be a 100-page hardcover book featuring the history, legacy and legend of Duke Nukem Forever Art from the Vault. Balls of Steel would also contain postcard, radioactive emblem sticker, comic book collectibles, foldable paper craft and gambling paraphernalias like Duke Nukem Forever inspired poker chips, mini-card deck and dices – Duke Nukem Babes each sold separately.
The thing that I don’t like though is the price still not yet revealed. Oh c’mon? Anyway, expect it to be revealed soon since the official release date for Duke Nukem Forever will be on May 3 / May 6 for USA and worldwide respectively landing on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
