Another milestone in the video games industry is being held at the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) in Los Angeles . The Electronics Entertainment Expo commonly known as E3 had started last Tuesday, June 15 and will end this Thursday, June 17. The said event is all about new computer and video games made by well known developers. The annual trade show was organized by the Entertainment Software Association. It is avenue for many video game developers to boast their newest and upcoming games and other game related hardware.
The Public especially video game addicts should watch out for the newest and most exciting games and gadgets that will be show off at the said event. For this year we should all be expecting something new and exciting from companies such as Nintendo for they will be revealing the Wii 2/HD, Sony will be introducing the Playstation Portable as well as Microsoft who had unveiled the new Xbox 360 slim.
Aside from the new gadgets and devices, people must brace themselves for new games that would surely make us all crazy and frantic. Some of the most awaited games to be showcased this year’s expo are Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light, Vanquish, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures, Transformers: War for Cybertron, Rock Band 3, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Kane & Lynch: Dog Days. Also new games such as Metroid:Other M, Zelda 2, Little Big Planet 2 and Killzone 3, Gears of War and Halo:Reach will be presented through trailers and game demos.
All the games and devices that are being showcased at the said expo will reach the market in the next 12 months. The E3 event is highly limited to those who were invited during the years 2007 and 2008. Another conference entitled Entertainment for All Expo was created to accommodate the public and get a glimpse of the newest offerings of game developers but the said event never made it as successful as the E3. The E3 2010 overall will be a huge success as the public becomes more and more eager to know about the amazing new gadgets and games that will land on their hands very soon.
