Soon to be parents can now add their expected “angels” and “bundles of joy” to the world’s most visited social networking site.

With over 750 million users around the world, Facebook enables parents to add their unborn child as part of their family. Although this notion may not be in correspondence to everyone and even breaking the terms and conditions of Facebook stating that a user should be at least 13 years old, expected parents however, finds this trend tempting in their part since they are now capable of adding another family member, even if it is somewhat premature.

Facebook is one of the many social network sites that is on the forefront in personal and social innovations; needless to say that ever since the site was established, personal users can now alter their relationship status from “It’s complicated” to “In a domestic partnership”. Adding the “Expected: child” setting on their page is quite normal to some extent that potential parents can now look forward to the eventual day that their child will be exposed to the world, and of course, Facebook.
In line with this, budding parents can edit their personal profile setting and add their child without creating another page. In their profile settings, parents can just edit their existing profile and select the Family and Friends tab and click on the “Add another family member” option. Due date and the name of their expected baby is also accessible.
