Certainly we were impressed with the latest innovations happening on the tech world particularly, of how companies are trying to upgrade our traditional displays into something that would make our lives easier. Easier that is, and more costly. But not this one from Mobile Monitor Technologies.

As you can see, Field Monitor Pro is the type of device that would make you want to ask why did it only arrive today? I mean, for all those years on the indsutry, we haven’t had the chance to see any product launches in which your monitor could easily be connected towards a USB port whereas it’s lightweight, foldable and not to mention sexy as well.
Obviously, there’s a lot of hidden sauce with this device especially now that it may become a worthy adversary for those dual-screen laptops or desktops that you have were sometimes, you just want to enjoy the companionship of just one and not two displays – you got the picture? With this Field Monitor Pro, everything is detachable and you are free to place it wherever you want. Basically, its features are all under a 15.4 inch LCD (1280 x 800 resolution) with LED backlit display, a rear kickstand, two USB 2.0 sockets, utizling DisplayLink technology and instead of a complete keyboard, it will have a number pad. Just think of it as a laptop sans the full QWERTY keyboard and the only caveat for this one is the resolution which isn’t meant to make everyone go loco.

Expect its release date on 2011 whereas its price is still undisclosed.
