FIFA video gamers rejoice! EA has promised more improvements and game features in the next installment of the highly successful sports game FIFA 12.

This statement was released in the latest issue of OPM UK. EA Canada producer David Rutter had mentioned that the game publisher has an “enormous shopping list” in terms of improvements in the next FIFA installment. Rutter admitted that there were many areas the team can improved on the game. And although FIFA 11 was a success they are planning on further improving certain aspects of the game such as the AI.
I think we did a great job with the Personality Plus feature [in FIFA 11," he said, "but the the teams [AI] doesn’t support that quite as much as it should.
Another area they like to improve is the set-pieces since in the previous version, there are times when the gamer cannot make quick throw-ins as well as select a free-kick takers while on the game. The team is also planning to create a more realistic environment in the next installment. On FIFA 12, EA hopes that gamers would not only love the video game but also appreciate the essence of soccer as a sport.
The new FIFA 12 will probably be released before the end of this year. Also, it would probably be compatible with the same platforms as FIFA 11 plus the new Nintendo 3DS console (hopefully). Price details are yet to be announced.
