Out of the blue, it appears Adobe has dropped the official call of releasing its Flash Player 10.2 beta and it’s now rolling out as we speak compatible for Windows, Mac and Linux computers available for download on Adobe Labs, whereas you can have it as a manual update or automatic depending on how badly you want this.

So just to give you a quick wrap-up of its features, Adobe states that it would be including a Stage Video, new API to deliver the most efficient performance on video playback on different types of platforms. This update will also cater some support on IE9 and show some hardware acceleration loving, enhanced rendering of texts and if you think this isn’t enough, it appears Adobe has heeded two of the communities most coveted request, one is a native custom mouse cursors on APIs and full screen playback for those users who are using multiple monitors.
To be more precise, Flash Player 10.2 beta gives you new access to its Stage Video Player giving smooth, beautiful video streaming across different browsers under different operating systems – this will include HD support and it also minimizes those big chunks of processing power for a more efficient playback. Adobe claims that even Google TV uses Stage Player to deliver 1080p which is compatible by the way to H.264 codecs as well.
There’s no telling about the release of Flash Player 10.2 out from its beta but you can be certain it will come soon, so may want to try this one today.
