I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: If you are a mobile company or a consumer-electronic device manufacturer who doesn’t want to join the tablet bandwagon for this year – there’s a chance that your company would die (losing big profits) in the years to come. You see, the new tablet market isn’t like a bubble that will burst after a year; instead, it will explode into a very profitable market that’s comparable with mobile phones and notebooks.
And just in case you still have any doubts about it, you can ask HP, HTC, Motorola, etc; and today, even Fujitsu is joining the tablet industry by introducing this Q550 slate which supports a set a of efficient specifications for average users.

At first glance, the Fujitsu Stylistic Q550 is going to run an Oak Trail type of processor whereas it will support Windows 7 Professional for its platform. Its form-factor will be under a 10-inch LED capacitive screen display, 32GB / 64GB SSD for its storage, front and rear cameras; supports WiFi / Bluetooth or an optional 3G network connection and a smart-card slot.
Interestingly, Fujitsu claims this tablet can last up to eight hours of battery life and it’s expected that it will have a release date on April landing at European countries. Price is still being undisclosed by the company.
