It also includes a comprehensive set of points of interests (POI) through the Google Local Search which will bring online POI’s to customers right at their fingertips and also enables them to search various destinations by simply using a key word or phrase just like searching in their own computers.
In addition to its search capabilities, the Garmin nuLink 1695 also offers convenient services such as local event listings, movie listings and other interesting activities in their travel destinations. You can also get information such as real-time flight status with the most detailed information regarding the schedule of arrival and departure of major airline carriers that would definitely help take the stress out of travelling to the airport.
The US version of the Garmin nuLink 1695 comes preloaded with the map of North America. In addition to this, this new navigation device also comes with ecoRoute, which is an application that could help its users create a favorable route that could result to lesser fuel consumption thus, minimizing the cost of gasoline and fuel. The nuLink 1695 comes also equipped with a Bluetooth Wireless Technology which will make it possible to receive and place phone calls directly from it. It can be also paired up with Bluetooth enabled phones as well.
This new navigation device will be available in the market starting this September and expected to be offered at a price of $ 449.99 and $5 per month subscription renewal fee for data services, which is not so surprising for a device like this which offers a wide array of functions that a potential user could enjoy.
