Now that the Computex event is starting to scorch today, revealing some of the latest products from Taiwanese-based manufacturers; it’s obvious that we can expect the latest innovations from companies such as Asus, Gigabyte and many more.

As of today, the new Gigabyte P2532 Laptop is now revealed powered by an Intel Core i7-2630QM CPU (2GHz – 2.9GHz), packing with GeForce GT550M with 2GB Memory and up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM. Meanwhile, users will have the option to customize it and pick its 500GB or 750GB hard drive (7200 rpms), and you’ll have the choice for a DVD-combo pack for its optical drive.

Interestingly, this particular model comes in two flavors. If you want to pick its Nvidia Optimus version, you can get the Gigabyte P2532N, meant for users who wants a longer battery life which is possible with the graphic-switching capability of the Optimus, all displayed on its 1080p screen. Meanwhile, there’s a Gigabyte P2532V model which supports NVIDIA 3D vision (3d-enabled display) along with a 1366 x 768 resolution.
These models both include USB 3.0 ports, an eSATA / USB 2.0 combination port, SD card slot, and an HDMI for wireless streaming media of external devices; plus Bluetooth 3.0 / WiFi b/g/n support.
Expect its release date to be available next month for a starting price of 1,500 USD.
