Just a few minutes after we posted the official christening of Halo Reach Noble Map pack comes another hybrid theory for another budding sequel to bloom out from the Halo franchise. For the veterans, you may probably remember that name Halo: Combat Evolved a.k.a Halo 1 which was the original FPS game whereas it became the father of all the Halo sequels we are playing right now. Today, a new rumor is spilling out that Halo Combat Evolved will undergo on a new redesign and it could be the birth of a new Halo Sequel.

Coming from the gamingsphere, the next issue for GameMaster magazine will feature out the plans of Microsoft of teaming up with 343 industries of trying to remake Halo 1 and infused the current Halo-engine we are all enjoying today in hopes to unleash a new beast. Interestingly, if you will look at the time frame, you could see that the Halo Combat Evolved was first released on March, 2001 so if this new remake will be happening on 2011 – it’s obvious that this one is a decadal release to celebrate the Halo franchise. And this should better be damn good!
While this Halo 4 is going on a new rumor-mill, one shouldn’t mix this one with the Halo Reach Space Combat – for that one is only meant for the Reach sequel. Like I said, Halo 4 (if proven true) is a new kind of beast. By the way, this one should be exclusive for Xbox 360. So hang on tight!
