At this point, I am quite confused about the question who brought the first 3D experience into our realm? Is it the tech-companies or Avatar? Letting that question subside for a moment, it appears the quest for the best 3D glasses lives on. Just last week, we have reported an Oakley ‘Tron-inspired’ 3D shades setting you back for 150 USD for a pair that you wouldn’t even bother using under the sunlight and this classic 3D Gucci glasses for the geeks which makes you wonder if it can be usable as a reading glasses as well?

Now look who’s added to the bunch? Previously, HasBro (the toy company who brought the Monopoly game into our screen) manages to create a 3D binocular – My3D, and it was said to be perfect for iPod Touch and iPhone users who wants to enjoy viewing 3D on their devices by giving them a 360-degree experience not only on watching movies but also on playing games. It was said that these binocs come with a slot whereas your iDevice can be inserted, and you need to visit the app store to browse for additional My 3D content app making you shell-out a buck or two for some premium games in the stash. By the way, if you are interested you can get My3D for 30 USD.
The funny thing about here is that the company seems to be very positive and confident that these 3D goggles will be a triumph over the market. Really Hasbro? Is this the 3 green houses, 1 red hotel you’re planning for this holiday, or you just forgot how to play monopoly?
