As some of you who are familiar with these models, the HP G62m and G62t managed to debut two weeks ago on HP’s catalog box but it fails to impress the people just because of its processor under-powered by a Dual Core Celeron type only.

As for the new HP G62X laptop going on a silent christening today, it will undergo with the same 15.6 inch diagonal HD LED Brightview display (1366 x 728 resolution) but it boast a beefier Core i3 processors in which you can customize if it will be using an Intel or ATI HD 5470 mobility type of graphics card. Its RAM capacity is set to 2GB DDR3 which can go up to 4GB DDR memory, Hard Drive will go on 250GB / 320GB / 500GB with 7200 RPM storage capacity. For its other goodies, it will have an 8X Multi DVD R / RW optical drive, 5-in-1 integrated digital reader, webcam, supports WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity and runs on a 6 cell Li-On battery which can last up to 5.5 hours.
