The CES event sure is heating up today as the giant companies from the industry are starting to flaunt every gadgets on their armory starting by throwing-off some amazing laptop devices. I must admit, those new Lenovo Ideapads caught my eye momentarily just because of its amazing set of specifications. Anyway, HP sure is giving away everything that it has and just moments ago, we’ve confirmed that it’s already upgrading its HP Envy 17, Pavilion DV6 / DV7 and look who was separated from the group?

A couple of hours ago, engadget managed to unearth a fully revamped HP Pavilion DM1 laptop using the latest AMD fusion Zacate type of processor. And what that means is, GPU and Processor would all be in one module which is thrilling us to the bone here. So far, this Pavilion DM1 would still be under its usual 11.6 inch size just like a regular netbook. On its core lies a dual-core AMD 1.6GHz Vision E-350 APU packing with an AMD Radeon HD 6310M discrete-class of graphics card, RAM customizable from 3G DDR3 up to 8GB and 320GB (7200 RPM) for its HDD storage capacity.

In addition to that, it will have an intergrated webcam w/ digital microphone, WiFi / Bluetooth / Ethernet LAN support, Digital Media card reader, Dolby Stereo surround system, USB 2.0 / HDMI ports, and its battery will be under a 9-cell unit whereas the company claims it can last up to 9 and a half hours. If you are interested, expect this HP Pavilion DM1-3020us to have its release date on Q1 of this year with an MSRP price of 449 USD.
